Paris Hilton Sex Tape II - More Details

Paris Hilton musta been really drunk or outta it, to say ‘dumb niggers’ in front of a video camera. That or she’s just really stupid? Did she confuse them for the help or something? Hmm… Inquiring minds want to know. And just what will this do to her hip-hop recording album, where gasp she works with Lil Jon, a black man? Or maybe she thinks she’ll be on track to have a great music career just like J.Lo because J.Lo dropped the n-word too?
—-
In a recently surfaced 12-hour videotape, Hilton is shown in a rather disturbing scene with two African-American men who ask her if she would model their fashion line.

Hilton, standing with pal Brandon Davis, is polite to the men, but calls them “dumb n—s” after they leave, according to British reporter Carole Aye Maung, who reviewed the tape.

“Two … guys begin talking to her,” Maung told us. “She’s being very, very sweet to them. [But] she definitely uses the N-word. It’s so cruel, because they were so lovely, and she was being so lovely to them.”

Microsoft Money Not Paying the Bills

So you buy Microsoft Money 2005 expecting it to do your basic banking and checking. But, alas, it doesn’t work? And it doesn’t work with Microsoft’s OWN bill-paying service? I don’t get why the fix would be to turn off MSN Bill Pay temporarily either. Just some great software development there.
—-
Pierre Aterianus, an electrical engineer from Whitefish Bay, Wisc., said he followed Microsoft instructions to turn off MSN Bill Pay before installing Money 2005 and then reactivate the service, yet he still can’t pay his credit card bill. Attempts to initiate payments either aren’t sent or result in a “duplicate payment” error message, he said, and Microsoft support personnel haven’t been able to provide a solution.

Steffen Urban, a systems administrator from Riverside, Calif., said he spent several hours in fruitless chats with Microsoft support personnel trying to get bill-paying services to work. When he finally was able to connect to the service, thanks to trial-and-error work of his own, he found every bill he had ever paid through Money recorded twice, causing the program to report a deficit of more than $2 million.

Apprentice 2’s Odd Betting Patterns May Reveal Finalists

It’s always the offshore betting sites that know who wins these reality shows, no? Well, it’s happened again, as suspicious bets have stopped BetWWTS.com from taking on any more bettors for reality TV. I guess they must make money offering betting on reality TV shows, but I’ve always thought it weird to do so, save for Big Brother (which is as live as reality TV can be). Heck, I remember outfits taking bets for WWE pro wrestling matches, now that was screwed up… SPOILER alert below…
—-
“We don’t know if this is some kind of link to the contestants or some way involved with the production,” BestWWTS.com betting director Stuart Doyle tells the Associated Press. “When this has happened before, it’s because someone has known the outcome.”

SPOILER ALERT:

According to BetWWTS.com, concerns were raised when a maximum bet of $300 was placed on lawyer Jennifer Massey, 30, from San Francisco and software executive Kelly Perdew, 37, from Carlsbad, Calif. Several similar $300 bets reportedly were placed on those same two contestants the very next day from accounts in New Hampshire.

Candlestick Renamed Monster Park

Wow, did they get ripped off, for one, I thought it was Monster.com, not Monster Cable that bought the rights to the former Candlestick Park for $6M over 4 years. So every time people mention Monster Park now, Monster.com gets a free plug and Monster Cable, well, they don’t really get their voice heard. And then, there’s the use of the stadium. As far as any sports fans know, it’s only used 8 times a year in the NFL regular season, not many dates to get your name out. And at 0-3 this year, the 49ers don’t look like they’re gonna make the playoffs. SBC got a way better deal ($50 million for 24 years) for the SBC Park, where the SF Giants play. They’ve got 81 home games there each season.

Of course, their audio/video cables are overpriced plenty, so there’s nothing wrong with the city of San Francisco getting Monster Cable to overpay for some naming rights (bad ones at that!) At least Monster Park sounds cool and makes me think of a horror-movie theme park.
—-
Candlestick Park, home of the San Francisco 49ers (news) NFL team, was renamed “Monster Park” on Tuesday in a $6 million deal with an electronics cable company.

“It’s a only-in-San Francisco-name and San Francisco prides itself on being different and this is just another example of us standing out in a crowd,” said Sam Singer, spokesman for the 49ers. The name comes from its new sponsor, Monster Cable Products, a San Francisco-area company that sells audio cables.

42 Pecent of Americans Online IM

Dang, that’s a crazy figure, but then ICQ #s are over 170 million or so now (hey, I still gotta sub 5 million ICQ #!). It’s still annoying when people don’t respond back to an IM, so you get to wondering if they are ignoring you, or if the server just ate the message. Then, you ponder the thought of resending the message, because the receiver may think you’re nagging them or they may be away. Usually this kinda thing only happens when they are away from their computer, or perhaps offline (I think you can only send offline messages in ICQ, which is still why I prefer that overall). IM still beats email easily for one-on-one communication. But I think for group efforts, IRC or chat rooms are the way to go.
—-
A new survey by the Pew Internet & American Life Project finds that some 42 percent or 53 million of Americans online use instant messaging. “IM” is especially popular among younger adults – the Generation X demographic – and technology enthusiasts.

IM is more than a tool for chatting. It is also a popular tool for self-expression. It’s starting to be adopted in the workplace as well.

Paris Hilton Sex Tape Part Deux

Woohoo! Being one not to learn from her mistakes (or wait, it was free publicity, wasn’t it?), Paris Hilton has apparently made sex tapes since One Night in Paris was released to the public. And said tapes were the ones that were stolen from her house last month. You can bet the tapes are up for sale to the highest bidder now. Tapes showing her with ex-Backstreet Boy and ex-boyfriend Nick Carter (ya know, the one that mighta left some bruising on Paris) and some runaway model Jason Shaw (who? looks like Vanilla Ice to me). We’ll be sure to let you know when and where the video will be available (we suspect within the next month or two). Paris rolling a joint? We would have never thought, doesn’t she have people to do that for her…
—-
This time, London’s News of the World claims to have obtained a tape showing the high-stepping Hiltie getting naughty with ex-boyfriends Nick Carter and Jason Shaw. Hilton is said to be shown “writhing in the back of a car as she is groped intimately” by former Backstreet Boy Carter. In another scene, Paris answers the the door buck naked — wearing only a “pore strip” across her nose — for Tommy Hilfiger model Shaw, tattles the tab.

Elsewhere in the video, Hilton reportedly puffs on a joint, chirping, “Paris Hilton, part two: How to roll a joint!”

The 11 minutes of steamy footage obtained by the British paper is believed to have been culled from about 12 hours of video stolen from Hilton’s rented Hollywood Hills home last month.

Jay Leno is Leaving The Tonight Show!

Well, in 2009 at least, Jay will finally leave the Tonight Show. Until then, we’ll be saddled with stale jokes, unfunny jokes, and boring segments. But hey, in 5 years, we’ll get Conan O’Brien in that spot! Hopefully he won’t be too old and senile and still edgy when he takes over the big show…
—-
Today, we are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of our late night franchise “The Tonight Show.” Today also marks another important milestone in our great late night history. In a few moments, we will be issuing a press release announcing our succession plan for this important television institution.

Jay Leno will continue to be at the helm of “The Tonight Show” for another five years, well into 2009, after which time Conan O’Brien will become the host of “The Tonight Show.” Jay will officially make the announcement on his show tonight.

Roddick Blasts 155mph Serve

Wow, Andy Roddick blasted a pretty fast serve when you see the replays on ESPN. I think the reason serving is so crazy now in men’s tennis is because the returner tries to make too great of a shot on the return. They need to work more on sticking the racket out and getting the ball back in play rather than trying to return a first serve with a winner or a great shot. Even in HD, men’s tennis is getting more and more boring to watch. That’s my sports tip of the day, folks…
—-
Roddick broke his record with a 155mph (249kph) serve, two mph faster than the previous record, in the final game. He then closed the match with his 17th ace.

“I hit a good one,” Roddick, who bowed to the crowd, said of the record-breaker. “It’s fun for the fans. For me, it’s still a point. It is something I will be able to tell people one day,” the American told reporters. “But I’m happier about the win and serving well overall.”

Half.com to Stay Open

Wow, eBay listening to its users, who woulda thought? It was a stupid decision to close Half.com to begin with, it doesn’t quite serve exactly the same market as eBay does. Glad to see it staying open, I’ve found quite a few dealz there on books and used video games.
—-
Bowing to resistance from the Half.com community, eBay said Thursday that it has dropped an earlier decision to shutter the online discount store Oct. 14. Now, instead of absorbing the site into its auction lineup, eBay plans to keep Half.com open “indefinitely.”

“We have heard from many of you that you want the Half.com site to remain open. Your input, as well as the data and experience we have gained during the transition efforts, is the basis for our decision to keep Half.com open,” eBay said in a notice on its Web site.
