And yes, I believe this X1 Search is WAY better than Google Desktop Search at this time. I’ve found things on X1 that Google Desktop (bless it’s little heart) just wasn’t able to find, namely some stuff in Excel spreadsheets. Google Desktop even indexed the file, too, not sure why it couldn’t find the string I was looking for. Thanks idealab and Jason Calacanis!

Man, I hate it when people don’t know how to spell Rosco P. Coltrane’s name! It irks me to no end. IMDB it people, c’mon! I actually think Burt Reynolds would be funny to see as Boss Hogg, with a fatsuit on (like Gwyneth Paltrow in Shallow Hal) or maybe he doesn’t need it these days with his own gut protruding out there. Willie Nelson seems about right for Uncle Jesse, I always thought Uncle Jesse was gonna keel over at any time. Johnny Knoxville, Seann William Scott, and Jessica Simpson round out the cast as Luke, Bo, and Daisy Duke.

Dukes of Hazzard, Miami Vice, where’s the A-Team movie? Now, will there be controversy over the Dukes’ confederate flag on General Lee? They BETTER leave it in there or I’m boycotting the movie!

Burt Reynolds is Boss Hogg and Willie Nelson is Jessie in Dukes of Hazzard! Sure, Burt Reynolds is fun and would have been a perfect Roscoe Pico Train (the cop with the dog), but Boss Hogg? Hell no. Hogg should be a short, fat, balding honkie. Now Willie Nelson as Uncle Jessie is perfect casting.
