I too have gone through 15 hours of tech support and numerous mysterious disconnections in an attempt to get their wireless media product to let me listen to my large mp3 collection. After $oftie made us upgrade to SP2, Linksys stopped working entirely on my system. When I called Tech Support they told me to uninstall SP2. Finally after $400 on crappy accessories and too much wasted time I finally just gave up. Let’s go to war against these guys. I’m with you. Finally a blogger who can truly understand.
